McDonald to lay out plan for Cohoes tonight

COHOES -- Mayor John McDonald delivers his State of the City address today at 7 p.m.

Our fact finders spoke to the mayor.

He says his speech is all about money -- including a plan to share services, like fire departments, with other communities.

He also wants to start booting the cars with outstanding parking fines.
